When I facilitate these Arts and Wellness workshops, I am always so thrilled when artists find meaning through art journaling.  
It is not necessarily a place where one is trying to create a perfect product but instead playing with materials to create a meaningful visual narrative that is based on art as wellness.

And here are the two art journal works of artist Debra Arms Kahler inspired by this month's art journal prompt.
